  2. MergeWrite™ is a mail merge software for use with MacWrite™.  It allows you to create personalized form letters by substituting salutations, names, address and any other information.  Powerful selection capability lets you specify which recipients you want.  Built-in IF-THEN-ELSE logic lets you direct different paragraphs to different recipients.  And, you can sort by any combination of fields, alphabetic or numeric, in ascending or descending order.

  4. You can make up the data you want to merge using MacWrite.  MergeWrite can also accept data from our RecordHolderPlus™ data manager or any other data managers that can write out a text-only (ASCII file) format.

  6. MergeWrite runs on any Macintosh™ with at least 512K of memory.  It supports all versions of MacWrite and works with your ImageWriter™ or LaserWriter™.  And it's Switcher™-compatible.
